What we collect, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you sign up on this site we collect:

Your email address, and your first name if you give it.
The boxes you ticked, and the version of the wording you agreed to.
Which page you signed up on, and campaign tags in the link you followed (for example utm_source).
The date and time you signed up.

Our signup forms do not ask about your health, and we don't store your IP address with your signup.

What we use it for

Sending what you asked for. If you ticked the first box, we email you the link to the resource you signed up for.
Occasional notes, only if you said yes. If you ticked the second box, we may email you notes on pain, movement and training. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with advertisers.

Where it's kept

Signups are stored in a database run by our hosting provider, Cloudflare. Booking a call happens on Calendly, which has its own privacy policy. Emails we send come from [email protected].

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn't use advertising pixels or tracking cookies, and it loads no third-party fonts or scripts.

How long we keep it

We keep your signup until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your choices

Email [email protected] to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We'll reply within 30 days.

Age

This site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use information you already gave us, we'll ask you first.
